Aletheia Lunara Consult operates as a fully remote consulting and professional services company, providing HR advisory, training and development, people analytics, research support, and business intelligence services to organisations and professionals across Ghana and beyond.

 

Our day-to-day operations are conducted remotely, with online consultations, virtual training, and digital collaboration forming part of our service delivery. For in-person workshops and training programmes, we arrange suitable venues in Accra to facilitate practical learning and face-to-face engagement.

 

Our fully remote operating model allows us to serve clients across different locations while providing opportunities for in-person professional development when required.
